Amber Culver is a uniquely qualified licensed Cosmetologist in the DFW area. She started Pins and Polish in 2005. She is currently in the Legacy Salon building providing a private room for clients to feel confident in their services provided by Amber a skilled hair and skin artist. For years she has honed her skills to include: Styling, Cuts, Color, Highlights, Up-dos, and Makeup Applications. Some of her go-to products are Difiaba, Erayba and Pravana color lines, Retro Hair, Sakura, Joico, and Lip Sense.
